Pretty disappointing experience. Carle Ford did offer a bit more on my trade in then Ottawa dealership and they worked on the purchase side price of the Lightning which was another positive. Where it goes down is afterwards - to give me the Lightning in a terrible dirty condition is absolutely terrible. I was in a rush to pick up kids, the salesman did note the cleaning was not up to his standards but the amount of dirt still left in the vehicle is unbelievable.
