My father was brought in after a fall last night and I just want to thank the wonderful Dr Nell and the Nurses Rainin and Jason for taking such great care of him. Every concern we had was addressed. Dr Nell and his team were excellent and we couldn't have asked for a safer , more competent team to address my father's injuries. I am so glad his injuries were treatable at that department and we did not have to transfer to a larger facility.
My mother was visiting from out of state and became very ill. She was treated with great kindness and empathy here. She ended up having to stay in a room overnight and the nurses were very attentive and kept us well informed!
I took my partner to the ER after experiencing trouble breathing, wheezing, croupy coughing, fever, and more. His insurance covers ER visits and one particular URGO back in his home down, 2 hours away. We decided to seek care at the emergency room instead of taking a four hour round trip, and that was a grave mistake.
