On a sunday. In at 7pm. Out at 8pm. Labs. Diagnosed. Pain meds. Patient teaching. All staff we engaged with were professional, knowledgeable, and quick.
Don’t go here unless you want an emergency visit. The prompt care and emergency room are at the same place. We told them we came for prompt care visit and we were assured numerous times the visit would be billed as a prompt care visit. But we got the bill and they coded it as an emergency room visit and sent it to our insurance as such. Now we have to make numerous calls and are still waiting for them to fix it. Don’t go here unless you want a lot of hassle!
Took my son in for 2 issues today and saw Dr. Kell. He was excellent! The rest of the staff was also friendly and they were able to get us right in. I would go here again for sure.
First experience at Carle Eureka Convenient Care. Staff were friendly and attentive. Dr. Jeffrey Leman was kind, informative and great with our 7 year old.
Waited over 2 1/2 hours for a simple doctors note. There was only one person ahead of me!
