Horrible service. Doesn’t take patients seriously. Doesn’t prioritize the health of mom and baby.
Guess I will join all of the other negative reviews. Staff in lab department are RUDE! Checked in and 5 others that checked in after were called before. I probably wasn't the most nicest person after waiting 45 mins compared to others 10 mins but THE STAFF WAS RUDE AF!
Tried to call and schedule an appt was on hold for over 20 min, finally had to hang up 😭
As of May/June 2023, do NOT go here for maternal care. They are not performing all first trimester screens and scans and are essentially forcing potentially non viable pregnancies on patients because they do not have adequate staff to preform these screens. You will not find out if your pregnancy is viable until you are well into 2nd trimester. And options become bleak. This is not how maternal care should be. And Carle should be ashamed of themselves.
I have been trying to call for a week now to set up an appointment with an obgyn. I am 16 weeks pregnant switching from OSF to carle unfortunately because their obgyn floor is not going to be there by September 1st and I’m due November… this is ridiculous. I’m on the phone for 15-30 mins. I wanted to stay at OSF but I don’t have a choice. This has been a recurring issue.
