Discharged me too early, lack of information about what was going on with myself... the nurse Jenny & Tech Morgan at night are rather rude don’t have good people skills at all. It’s more like they’re only here for money and don’t care about the people that they’re supposed to be caring for. Lots of missed communications that are important, important things don’t get done because everyone’s scatter brained.
Carle Hospital is only concerned about one thing Money. I booked a dermatalogy appointment at one of their outpatients clinic. Before booking, I asked how much would the visit cost. I have to self pay since I don't have insurance and not working now. The staff I spoke with on the phone informed me it would be 125.00 dollars. The visit was great. RE: Physicians - accepting new patients. On the Carle website, you were able to check about what physicians were accepting new patients. It seems that info is no longer posted. Assisting a new employee recently moved to C-U area, suggested that they check out the Carle website as to which physicians were accepting new patients. Neither one of us could find it.
