Dr. Tamlin and his staff are the best!!
Use to be you could call when sick and get in to see Dr that day. Now, everytime I call, I'm told to use ER, I prompt care or urge care. I was told to call when ears hurt because I'm prone to infection and vertigo. But they don't seem to care anymore. They don't seem to care about their patients at all. It's not just Watseka. I also called Milford and got same response. Carle is a joke.
Do NOT recommend Dr Yu. The wait is often long. Dr Yu gets confused about what my diagnoses are during the appointment. Doesn't know what common drugs are prescribed for. Kept telling me I was on nothing for blood pressure when I am on two meds for it. Went to her with a handful of conditions and months later I still had all the same problems.
