These guys are the greatest. The first time I brought my ‘95 Chevy 3500 to solve smog issues and some basic maintenance. They sent me digital photos showing me exactly each issue, listing the importance of each issue, and which issues could be safely skipped to save some cash. I Went to this shop after getting the run around from a few other shops trying to rip me off. Carlax was outstanding. They were easy to talk to, friendly and kept me informed. They fixed the problem. Nothing but good things to say about Carlax.

FINALLY! I have tried to find someone to fix my 1999 Chevy Corvette and nobody has given me the full diagnostic. Bruce at Carlax did a full diagnostic on my car and found all the issues that should have been detected with previous inspections. I have never felt so safe with a mechanic.
