Five star isn’t enough! Beginning with Grace at the desk, she is courteous and helpful she listens to concerns with the vehicle and offers to relay concerns to the mechanics. The mechanics are all knowledgeable and treated my vehicle with respect and care. The work is 100 percent completed in a timely manner with expert knowledge and commitment to me! I cannot recommend Car LAX in Palmdale enough. I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in, and the level of integrity I experienced was refreshing. The owner, Bruce, runs a top-notch shop, and Grace, the office manager, made the whole process seamless and professional. Great service and great staff! My car needed a lot of work done and the team at Carlax got it done quickly. My car ended up not needing a particular service so I was charged less than my initial estimate, can’t beat that kind of honesty! I would highly recommend Carlax to anyone needing auto repair!

I have had my car serviced at Carlax for about 5years. This business does an excellent job of repairing an auto. Plus they are professional, personable , honest and trustworthy. The repair was done in a timely manner. They are the best !!! I was referred to Carlax by a very satisfied customer of theirs for over 10 years with them and I have referred others to them. Support small business!!!! These people are ahhmaaazing! We were desperate for a reliable shop after getting burned, lied to and overcharged at other places. We came here and have not looked back. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and thorough. Tina, Jake and the crew are the team you need to care for your vehicle. We won't take our cars anywhere else. They are family now.
