I love the treatment I get at Carlax. As a woman, I appreciate that Carlax uses a vehicle inspection program where the results display on my cell exactly what they see when determining the health of my vehicle. The result is coded with red (fix right away), yellow (caution, fix when I'm ready), and green (good to go), along with estimated price for whatever I want to be repaired. These guys are the greatest. The first time I brought my ‘95 Chevy 3500 to solve smog issues and some basic maintenance. They sent me digital photos showing me exactly each issue, listing the importance of each issue, and which issues could be safely skipped to save some cash.
