These guys are the greatest. The first time I brought my ‘95 Chevy 3500 to solve smog issues and some basic maintenance. They sent me digital photos showing me exactly each issue, listing the importance of each issue, and which issues could be safely skipped to save some cash. I was very pleased with the service provided and the thoroughness of everyone involved. Even a tech met me outside to ensure my best chances of passing the smog check. I Went to this shop after getting the run around from a few other shops trying to rip me off. Carlax was outstanding. They were easy to talk to, friendly and kept me informed. They fixed the problem. Nothing but good things to say about Carlax.
