I had an exceptional experience with this auto shop. From the mechanics, to the office, and the owner himself. You really get that mom and pop kind of energy and you feel comfortable bringing in your car. I love the treatment I get at Carlax. As a woman, I appreciate that Carlax uses a vehicle inspection program where the results display on my cell exactly what they see when determining the health of my vehicle. The result is coded with red (fix right away), yellow (caution, fix when I'm ready), and green (good to go), along with estimated price for whatever I want to be repaired.
