This guy Ken is unbelievable. I asked the most basic questions about a Tesla. MCU2 upgrade? CARFAX? Damage? Issues? Tax rebate? He tells me “Dude find another one”. Can’t a person ask about a used car before they drive 4 hours to see it? Insanity.
OMG WORST SERVICE EVER EVER I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A ELDER WOMEN AND THEY FAIL TO TELL HER WHAT SHE SHOULD DO WHEN SHE PAID FOR WARRANTY NOW THEY SAYIN no she don’t have it but we made sure to get it now they going against everything on contract that’s very wrongful of this company and needs to be held accountable for their actions
No wonder they views are low so this company is all about money and lies they do not help their customers out they took advantage of elderly women this is very uncalled for they did in house finance and never sent it off to right people are anything this is very very unprofessional of them no wonder they have the same cars for long time they are in it for money not the people my client has been nothing but respectful towards them
