I paid for a certain weight/density, but the ends were so thin and scraggly they looked ridiculous. I had to trim off several inches just to make them look remotely full. The product is not as full as the images suggest.
customer service is appalling and overall the experience was not welcoming and very judgmental, can get the same quality hair half of the price. I had gone there to get a relift and it started falling apart and called up they didn’t honour it and fix it for free which it was their error anyway but still made me pay, this experience made me never want to come back
Britt is the best !!.Her colouring skills are like art . My hair feels and looks natural and is in the best condition it’s been in for a long time . She is seriously amazing and I would 100% recommend her
Had the most wonderful experience! After losing my hair to chemotherapy it’s been a long time to have it grow back, and having extensions has been liberating. I feel like myself for the first time in 2 years. So grateful to Carla and the team, for being so wonderful and supportive and excellent at their job. Especially helping me embrace my natural hair colour and finding a perfect match of extensions!! Couldn’t recommend more highly
