I wish I could’ve reviewed on Booksy app but it was too late. Carla is rude and argumentative. I booked for one service because I know what I want and she begins to go back and forth with me over the service....like I don’t know what I want. I wanted a silk press, my hair came out frizzy and flat like a first grader did my hair. She was just rude. That’s the main issue. Her attitude was def stank for no apparent reason. I hated my hair and she is a money vulture.
Ms. Jordan did an awesome job getting me ready for my weekend getaway!
