We had the pleasure of working with Carla for two events, including a Chris Zorich and Brady Quinn bottle signing at Total Wine. She arrived fully prepared, had an incredible positive attitude, and went above and beyond by engraving additional bottles even after the event. Carla and her team were not only professional but also jumped in to assist us with tasks outside of engraving, which truly made a difference. I highly recommend her for any personalized event, her talent, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched!

Carla Hagan is an amazing engraver and she blew away the Guests at The Prisoner Wine Dinner at Four Flamingos restaurant at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. She engraved a flamingo and the Guest name on a Prisoner wine bottle for each Guest and personalized other bottles as well. This event was a home run because of Carla!
