Gentle, caring, professional staff.
Carla helped my nephew’s dog out emergently when there was no other option. She got a fishing hook stuck in her mouth. The staff was awesome ! She also has helped me with porcupine quills and other more routine care. We are lucky to have a wonderful place to go.
I called during regular hours with concerns about my amazing 2 1/2 year old, Daisy. Even though I expressed deep concern about her sudden decline, they wouldn't see her. By the time I got her to a VCA emergency hospital, they couldn't save her. They could have taken 5 minutes to tell me that we needed help fast. Maybe Daisy would be with us today if they hadn't been so callous.
Great with our dogs! REVISED 7/15/25 called to say our dog passed away cause we received a postcard about her... woman answered phone lacked compassion and said ok so happy and said I'll update the chart! What?! Not even a sorry. Probably wont return now. 8/4 update we now have received an invoice for an emergency call that took place in June (dated wrong) for less than 2 mins and said go to cuse for $40. Lol. Never a call back about the staff member. Seems fishy to get this now!
