I came in today to simply get my eyebrows waxed and the lady completely butchered them. She decided to remove the tail of my eyebrow without even asking me, and when I questioned her about it, she denied that she had removed it. I know what my eyebrows looked like when I walked in. I’m honestly so angry and disappointed I did NOT ask for her to remove half my eyebrow and don’t know who in the right mind would
