I had horrible experience at this place i went to get facial and i went home red and bruised all over my face which she said is normal its been 2 weeks now and my face never felt worse than this i have dark spots all around my face and my face skin is so dry and rough. Wouldnt recommend this place at all
I went there to do my nails but the staff was very rude I was surprised seeing the way she was yelling at me She was also being racist At one point I asked her to not do my nails if she doesn’t want to because she was straight yelling at me and I am not paying to listen unnecessary yapping of hers Should have seen the reviews before going She also buffed my cuticle very harsly as she got angry when i asked her to stop if she doesn’t want to do it My cuticles on all my fingers are now scratched and bleeding
I’ve never been to this nail salon and been unhappy with my nails eyebrows, they’re always so detailed with my nails and toenails, and always pay attention to the way i like my eyebrows shaped. The two older ladies that worked yesterday evening were life savers!!! They were so sweet and they managed to fix my damaged toe nail as a result of another salons work. Love you guys so much!!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. The staff mistreated customers and were very rude during my visit. They quoted me an incorrect price and, when I pointed it out, they insisted I was wrong. To make matters worse, they pressured me to pay in cash and even attempted to double charge me. Their staff was speaking in their language, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I will not be returning.
Worse experience with Carla beauty and skin care. Very rude and unprofessional service. Whenever they do something wrong they blame on customer that why you not follow the instructions it’s ridiculous . In one week Carla unprofessional staff ask my daughter two times for nose piercing Because they want make more money for it.
