Horrible and dishonest. I was a client of hers for almost a year, she kept disclosure from other side from me and continue to charge me and lie to me that she is negotiating.
Mediation skills include driving up the clock with more focus on exchanging pleasantries and talking about herself or her next vacation. Demonstrated bias as mediator, for example took notes on specific items that benefited one party while failing to make notations for importatnt items fought for/ benefiting the other party.
