RecommendedI needed an extra key for my motorcycle so I call the new bike dealer in Hilliard and they said they don't make keys for motorcycles. They tried to send me toa Bike Dealer in Lancaster. Nope called Zipf' and they said yes,10 minutes and 10 dollars later I have two extra keys to my bike. the gal that helped me Katie I think was her name was awesome and friendly. I highly recommend this place
I can't say enough kind words about this company. We had an antique lock set basically disintegrate, and Tom at Carl Zipf patiently took at least 30 minutes to assemble a set of hardware that would meet the challenges of our antique door, look good, and was affordable...and then he talked us through the repair job step-by-step. Incredible knowledge and customer service. Entirely worth the drive in from Plain City! Our door is now secure and attractive!

My lock was getting temperamental but my house is so old locks this size are not made anymore. The locksmith took the lock apart & rebuilt it, saving my original hardware. He was courteous, knowledgeable, timely & efficient. Highly recommend this shop to anyone lovingly maintaining a historic home in the Columbus area!
Thank you for helping us this morning! I know its the Friday before Christmas and most other companies I called were off, but you were there and sent someone right over! Our service tech Christian was a breath of fresh air and provided fast, friendly service and also gave us recommendations for the future. This was the best lock shop in town when my Dad worked there. I did not recognize anyone there other than Tom Zipf when I was there today. I would still recommend them over any other shop in town.
Great place to do business ! I have always had friendly and courteous transactions and really Great prices for my Locksmith shop needs. Sorry I haven't been in contact in a while due to health concerns, but now I'm back.
