Screw up after screw up. They broke my expensive rimless titanium Silhouette frame... I've paid $695 for new lenses. They've broke my frame. Good excuse... they are not responsible... That's what my Eye Associates (Quigley eye center, Punta Gorda FL) says. That's where they send my glasses for new lenses. Now I am buying a new frame for $395. It would be ideal if you actually listed a working contact number for your Lab to Lab customers instead of just hanging up. I guess IN PERSON visits are the only way to get an issue resolved.
