Eye care professional couldn't give me an answer concerning my new frames purchased. So I attempted to email Zeiss directly to find out the answer and they refused to help and in turn told me to contact the place I bought my frames from. In the initial email I sent it was explained that they were unable to help me.

Had my Victory optics repared for a reasonable price and quickly returned. Quick turnaround was needed , I use them pretty much yr round. I chose to send them in during winter range observation / scouting for shed hunting. Was pretty simple to deal with warranty service they fixed the mechanical issues under warranty. I had to pay to have the Ocular lenses replaced due to many yrs of use they are pretty much like new optics again now.

If you want a Customer Service Job that will add tremendous stress to your life, if you enjoy a toxic workplace, then Zeiss Vision is the place for you. Terrible management who continually change the rules. You are under constant threat of being fired under an unfair attendance policy that seems to apply based on who you are. You can rarely get off for a doctor's appointment, even if you have the time. There is a reason why people seem to regularly walk out and don't come back.
