Carl Woods Garage was a pleasure to do business with, and specifically Orry, went above and beyond to support my positive experience. I had a difficult situation with my vehicle, and he persisted through a lot of challenges to ensure that it would be fixed. Frank was also incredibly helpful and worked in a critical repair to the car I was loaned while mine was in the process of being worked on. I was disappointed with my experience. When I called to inquire about rates and availability, the information provided was not clear. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, but upon arrival, I was informed that I might not be seen, which was frustrating. Additionally, when I asked about the warranty coverage for my vehicle, I was not made aware of the charge associated with processing it. I recently took my SUV in for an oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection. Very pleased with the feeling of knowing I could trust that everything they listed as done was actually done.
