Just look at the overwhelming number of negative reviews—they speak for themselves. I have had a horrific experience with Carl Warren & Co. This company represents the City of Palm Desert, CA, which severely damaged my property. Neither the City of Palm Desert nor the Carl Warren Company have an ounce of integrity. As a tax paying citizen I should expect the City of Palm Desert to repair the property damages they openly admitted to causing to my property.
