I have had a horrific experience with Carl Warren & Co. This company represents the City of Palm Desert, CA, which severely damaged my property. Neither the City of Palm Desert nor the Carl Warren Company have an ounce of integrity. I wish there were a ZERO star this company deserve nothing more than a Zero star. I parked my car under a palm tree at the city of Corona Del Mar , CA . An hour later I found that some of the palm tree stems Fall on my car causing damages to the top , side doors and back panel. I went to the city hall to file a claim since the tree is a city property and I have pictures and even CCTV footage of the incident.
