I had a very bad experience with Carl inspecting a home before I bought it. He seemed out of it and didn't have any idea of why the roof was sagging. He then said the foundation was fine. I got another opinion on the roof and the ridge beams and rafters are undersized for the span and will need a lot of new structure. And now the foundation will need $40k or more in work. Do not use this company.

I cannot recommend doing business with Mr. Scott. I made an appt. with him 2 weeks ago, at which time he provided an email address where I could send some of my house plans and drawings of what I want to do. This week, Mr. Scott arrived for our appt. with no knowledge of those images I had sent, responding defensively when I asked if he had reviewed them. Carl Scott reengineered the trusses in our home for vaulted ceilings. The customer service was awesome! They were fast on the turnaround, as we were anxious to get going on the remodel and move back into our home. Excited to enjoy our high ceilings for years to come.
