explained everything nicely and answered all my inquiers
I recently had a problem with with light sensitivity. Dr. Partain took time to explain changes happening with my vision. It’s rare to find any sort of Dr. that goes out of their way to help a patient. Usually they just want to get you in and out, but not this Optometrist.
The Dr is a lovely person. The woman behind the counter is NOT. Over the years that I've went to there office by walmart she has always been the rudest human I have ever met. Snatching insurance card's from your hand, snapping & being nasty. I have never had a nice interaction with her and after the last time of dealing with her I'll never return. Such a shame to cause he's a wonderful Dr. Loose the horrible receptionist please.
Dr. Partain is excellent. He takes his time and gets your eye glass prescription right where it needs to be. I have been to other area optometrists who rush through and there is a definite difference in the level of service and quality of results.
