I am very disappointed by the service provided by Dr. Ruthman’s office. My mother is a patient of his, in her 80’s, and has COPD. I’ll preface my review by saying that my mom likes Dr. Ruthman. But her health recently declined and she needed to be seen before her appointment which is several weeks away. I tried to call the office for two days straight, and just got an automated response.
