Dr. Grey and his office are so caring as they worked so quickly and diligently to work us in. very quickly as I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with a cancerous brain tumor. He visited with Dr. Dennis Winter’s, Neurosurgeon same day and my wife and I the following day made the drive from our home in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Ogden to meet the following day with Dr. Grey and his team. I feel obligated to let Cancer patients and their family looking for a qualified and compassionate Oncologist know Dr Gray and staff were great in the beginning. Now that my loved one (keep it vague to avoid retaliation) is in need of higher levels of care, they’re completely MIA. Won’t return phone calls, family has to advocate for imaging to be ordered, even with insurance approval it took 3 weeks for STAT imaging and two weeks later, still haven’t been given the results. Therefore we have no idea if it’s Cancer spreading ... read more
Very poor customer service, never follow thru with lab orders or pathology. Never is ready for appointments. I'm sure most of this is to do his staff. Took over a month just to put in a order for pathology on a tumor. Still no results.
Everybody there is really sweet and nice. They treat everybody equal thank you
