Dr. Grey and his office are so caring as they worked so quickly and diligently to work us in. very quickly as I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with a cancerous brain tumor. He visited with Dr. Dennis Winter’s, Neurosurgeon same day and my wife and I the following day made the drive from our home in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Ogden to meet the following day with Dr. Grey and his team. I feel obligated to let Cancer patients and their family looking for a qualified and compassionate Oncologist know Dr Gray and staff were great in the beginning. Now that my loved one (keep it vague to avoid retaliation) is in need of higher levels of care, they’re completely MIA. Won’t return phone calls, family has to advocate for imaging to be ordered, even with insurance approval it took 3 weeks for STAT imaging and two weeks later, still haven’t been given the results. Very poor customer service, never follow thru with lab orders or pathology. Never is ready for appointments. I'm sure most of this is to do his staff. Took over a month just to put in a order for pathology on a tumor. Still no results.

I have visited Dr Gray in both of his offices after being recommend by a friend and I find his staff to be warm and helpful. As for Dr Gray, I have seen a few posts where patients complain about his bedside manner and I disagree completely. I have visited way too many Doctors in my lifetime and I find Dr Gray to have one of the best bedside manners I have experienced, as well as being knowledgeable, professional and personable.
