Dr. Middleton is empathetic, compassionate and kind. I spent years looking for a doctor who would take the time to not only listen to my concerns but provide solutions and/or explanations. I finally feel like I have a doctor who became a doctor to help people and that is something very important to me.
I would not recommend Dr. Carl Middleton. This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I saw Dr. Middleton while my regular doctor, Dr. Nigel Thomas, was out of the office on vacation. I scheduled the visit because I wanted a prescription for a face cream to help with hormonal breakouts caused by my birth control. Horrible service. The lady who deals with referrals is really really rude, hung up in the middle of my calls. The office is supposed to send a new refferal to my specialist but she said I had to call my insurance by myself and asked the insurance agent to call her back because she could not access the portal. Very unprofessional. I called my insurance and he said they never do the referral by the phone, the doctor office has to do is online. Stay away from this office.
Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Middleton is conscious of my fears and always calms me. His diagnosis explanations are clear and wisely communicated. His practice has been a wonderful find for my husband and me in our late years.
Terrible service. Don’t come here.
