I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this salon was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Over the course of two days, I received multiple phone calls from different stylists going back and forth about whether they could work on my daughter's hair because she had used Sun-In months ago. One call would tell me they could do the service, another would say they couldn't, and then someone else would suggest a different option. Mackenzie was excellent. She was so precise; the cut was perfect!
Maura is a doll! She is so warm, friendly & an excellent listener. I told her what I wanted & she delivered. She introduced me to a variety of products to give my hair excellent volume and texture. My bangs are victim to a large cow lick & Maura tamed them! My bangs look so nice! My husband told me that she did a great job with my hair. He’s a fussy & particular Virgo so that’s a huge compliment. I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you! Tricia
