I contacted Carl Mfg. Company May 23 of this year, 2023, asking for a small replacement part; the door that keeps the blade in on the cutter. We really need it at work. I was asked if I was based in the US and I am! Long story short, I was offered to have it sent out for free which wasn't necessary but I was grateful. Sorry, had your paper cutter for a long time, started a card business, wanted to update the paper cutter with new blade and rails. Ordered blade, came in a timely manner, decided on the rails, ordered them December 8, waited two weeks no shipment, did a chat, nothing, December 19, received email stating my "status" has changed to shipped.
