I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Pafford as he is a great doctor and I really enjoyed going to him, however the staff in the office are rude on the phone and don't seem to follow instructions very well. I actually was down to the end of my meds and called the office to send in a refill for my prescription and I wanted to do it verbally but of course no one was available so I had to leave it on their voicemail. I specifically asked them to call me on my cell when it was done. 3 hours later no call from them so ... read more
