Dr. Herndon has not responded to my message through the Connect portal, which was sent months ago. His prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. There seems to be no follow through with this Dr. I had sent my MRI results from another hospital to his PA because they showed more detail with regard to my injury, however, he has not bothered to either look at the MRI results and/or has not even bothered to respond to my concern of the MRI showing a torn tendon.
