I was in serious pain when coming to De Herndon. He made me a promise that he would change that. It has been 1 year since getting my left hip replaced and let me say, he kept his promise. I now can do activities that I haven’t done in years. I lead a normal and happy life now and wouldn’t hesitate coming back to do Right hip (if it ever comes to that. I was miserable and depressed because of my arthritic hip. I had a hard time finding a well recommended surgeon who accepted my plan. Dr. Herndon is a GOD SEND! He was so wonderful caring concerned and confident that he could help me. The surgery was a convenient half day outpatient thing. He gave more than enough medication for the pain. Every day after surgery I saw improvement. Less than 3 months out I am walking more than 10000 steps and about to play tennis this weekend after many many years. Thank you Dr. Herndon.
I had the best doctor in the world. This was a very complicated surgical fix for my femur that was broken in multiple places. Doctor Herndon put it back together and I have healed very well, in a relatively short time for a 70 year old.
