They have saved me time and time again.
Tires, alignment. I received a call from Chad Loveless telling me I could come early. Once there I was told the requested tires were not in stock and also I would have to return the following day for my alignment. I asked why did he not tell me this when he called. No response was given. He stated that it was ok since the tires in stock were much quieter. These tires wound up being more expensive. I can’t say enough good things about Mr Tire especially Chad Loveless! I had an unexpected tire emergency, and he went above and beyond to help me out. Chad was incredibly kind, professional, and fast, making a stressful situation so much easier. He took the time to explain my options, got me back on the road quickly, and ensured everything was safe before I left. If you ever need tire service—especially in a pinch—this is the place to go.
