A little disappointed that I was given the higher oil change when I requested the $49.99 oil change. Perhaps they did the higher because of the type of car I had. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time.
Made a 730 appointment through the call center. Come to find out the tech doesn't show up til 8 and then to top it off the lift was broken so they couldn't help at all. Amateur hour and should be an embarrassment to them, but I doubt anyone cares.
Went here for a basic oil change. The price was reasonable but I wasn't impressed with the service. I had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to come out and talk to me and I had to bring the vehicle back several hours later. Then the oil change took over an hour. Overall, I'm going to say this place is average. If you are in the Smyrna area, and you have time to wait. Yes I would recommend this place.
