Dropped off my tire at 8am. Tire had a nail in it. Was told at around 4pm that hole was too big for them to patch it. How they came to that conclusion without taking the tire off the rim and actually looking at it is beyond me. Went to another tire place who had no issues taking tire off the rim patching it with no problem. If you are too busy then say that you are too busy. Don’t keep my tire for a 10min job for hours and tell me some BS because you have no time.
V is the best. Very thorough and professional. Great staff up front as well. Thanks for helping me through a stressful situation.
