We have had experience with this shop with 2 different vehicles. The van was taken in for a tire repair. The repair seems to be OK and has held up, but was definitely overpriced and took a very long time even with an appointment! The person who checked me out also couldn't tell me what the actual issue was even when I kept asking. The second car was taken to this shop for issues with the wheels/tires/alignment MORE THAN ONCE during the buying process and I'm not sure they ever adequately addressed the issues. Staff were awesome with a walk in on a Friday just before closing. Quickly diagnosed the valve was leaking and fixed it. Thank you to everyone, they could have had me come back the next morning but had me out the door in about 15 minutes! Huge thanks!
Had a damaged wheel and tire replaced. Jimmy was friendly and helpful as he explained the situation. I really appreciated his kindness and patience, and trust him for more help in the future.
