1/5 experience here. To make it short, my car needed a serpentine belt and I got it fixed here. But it wasn’t until after getting the wrong belt 2 times and then my belt snapping once then when it was fixed. Turns out we need an alternator fixed, so I got that fixed. 2 hours later the belt snapped again in the highway and when it was time to get the car towed to the shop, no one would pay for it even though the shop themselves gave me a warranty on the belt and on the work. Walked in for a tire repair and was told it won’t take that long. Been waiting for more than 1hr and still my car was not in the shop.
My dad sent me here for a nail in my tire- I’m always super nervous to go to a new tire/car shop but my experience at Mr. Tire was a breeze! The staff is friendly and helpful. Didn’t push to sell anything extra, even after they found that the nail didn’t puncture my tire at all. A trustworthy place to send your daughter to! 10/10, will be returning for any future repairs!
They were very helpful with finding exactly what I needed at the most affordable price.
