THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH! I am extremely disappointed with our experience. Since paying for the headstone in full, my family has been given excuse after excuse instead of honest communication. The first issue was that we were told the final approval had never been signed. This was never mentioned when we made our payment in full. Horrible company to work with. I’ve left several voicemails. I was suppose to get a qoute. For two headstones and no responses. I want my 3k she put down on the headstone that isn’t even out there. No responses.
I had a unique situation that I needed resolved however, t was very complicated... I called to explain my issues and was treated with kindness and respect.. in time I was presented with some options and I couldn't be happier with the way this team got together to find a solution that would work best. They honestly care about the work they do and they stand behind it. Thank you
