Would have given it a five, probably a 3. Recently had an appt. in which I had test results that came back abnormal waited for a call/msg. about it and no one did. I finally inquired and was basically told my procedure results went fine so there was no need to call and that's why I didn't receive a call/msg. I found this very unprofessional and felt I should have received something irregardless of my procedure results. Why should patients have to wait, worry and wonder until they find out on their own.
