I had an issue that is too complicated to write about but I called Dr. O'hara he answered the phone and after I told him of the horrors of an issue I was facing re: billing which is not his domain; he gave me guidance and fixed the issue. There aren't many Doctors left like this. He wasn't happy about my problem and was very sincere and caring. Thank you Dr. O'hara.
