Dr. Carl is excellent. Originally I was referred to him from my in laws for heel pain. Since then I have recommended him for arthritis and diabetic foot problems to close friends. His follow up was excellent each time and I appreciated the attention, especially since the pain was chronic. 5 stars.
Dr. Carl Ingrassia is fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the office had a great energy and his team is an asset to his business. Dr Carl listened to me as I explained my pain I was experiencing, asked me questions and throughly explained what could be going on. I would recommend him to anyone! Make your appointment today, you won't be disappointed.
Five Stars doesn't cover it. My visits to Dr Ingrassia have always been positive. He knows how to apply the TLC, and he is a problem solver. Most recently, I had a complicated insurance problem not caused by Dr Ingrassia, but Diane from his office spent close to 2 hours on the phone with our insurance carrier and helped solve our problem. She went "over and above" the call of duty. Amanda always is helpful and provides great customer service.

Dr. Ingrassia and his staff are the best. I have been seeing them for a few weeks and even though my issue is going to take some time to improve, he is so attentive and informative each session. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. The wait times are minimal but even if you had to wait a few minutes it is worth it for all the care you will receive. Highly reccomend!
