Don't accept what this doctor tells you at face value. I saw him today about a hand condition I have called Dupuytrens disease, which causes bent fingers due to collagen buildup. He recommended a treatment using a drug called Xiaflex which is injected into the hand to chemically break up the collagen, and then allows the doctor to straighten out the finger(s) on a follow-up visit. In jan I had surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome, he did a wonderful job my hand is almost normal I am very happy with the surgery and the surgeon Dr H Kirchoff
He's an awesome surgeon! I had 3 surgeries in 1 day, my elbow, wrist and hand. Now I'm having issues in the other hand and have an appointment to see what issues can be fixed.
I've had two hand surgeries performed by Dr. Kirchhoff in 2022. Both were a success. I no longer have pain. I am actually going back for another issue I am having.
