After a frustrating experience with Rooms To Go refusing to deliver a couch we bought, we went to Carl Hatcher. The salesman was honest and so personable. We purchased a three-piece sectional and they promised delivery the next day and by were they prompt and on time! One piece had to go up ten flights of stairs and not one complaint was muttered by the delivery men. Our couch looks fantastic and the customer service was absolutely superior.
