Tried a true. My Vitale clan has been going to Carl-Fern Autobody Inc for the last 30 years. They’ve serviced both of my grandparents vehicles, their kids vehicles (my mom & uncle) and now they service my vehicle as well as my 2 other sister’s vehicles! We don’t go anywhere else.
I was involved in an car accident and paid 2000 dollars for Carl to do the repair without involving insurance. I needed the receipt, since the taxi company went ahead and filed a claim anyway. I called Carl several times to get a copy of the repair and he never called back. It’s not very difficult to call back.
The most honest mechanics I have ever known and they always go out of their way to do everything they possibly can for their customers.
