I have been a customer of Carl Fern Auto Service for a long time. The service has been excellent all the time and at a reasonable cost. They have done tire replacement; repair problem with check engine light, transmission replacement etc... they always have the wright answer and mechanics to do the job wright. I just want to give a huge appreciation to the owner or the person I worked with on my car. I asked for an oil change and mentioned a few concerns, and not only did they handle the oil change, but they also fixed the stalling issue I was having. They diagnosed an alignment problem that even big chain mechanics couldn’t figure out. The mechanic here was incredibly experienced and got to the root of the problem quickly. The service was professional, and I truly appreciate the time and care they put into my car.

Took my car there with busted ass drum brakes, like all went south and was pissing brake fluid everywhere, my man saved me with quick turn around, no car repair salesman tactics, just took care of me and the car. Great price, great work, will absolutely be back!!! 10 stars outta 5. Will be back.
I brought my car in to get the AC fixed. They put Freon and recharged the car and I took it home and the ac stopped working by the end of the day. I took it back. I told him it didn’t work. He did the same exact thing I went to takeit home. I didn’t even make it home before I realized the AC still isn’t working. I had to bring it back. They told me they needed to get a part for it.
