This man installed two systems on our block, so I called him about a new septic system for my house. After four calls and four assurances that he would be out "tomorrow" to give me an estimate, he never showed up. Then, my neighbor who had a system installed by him told me that the guy had stopped maintaining his septic, even though that was part of the deal. Beware.
