We waited in the waiting room for about an hour and a half, and the receptionist had issues with my insurance.. but once we got to the back - it was quick, and they were sweet! I felt like Dr. Flinn and his assistants answered all of my questions, as a concerned mother. They were also super sweet to my three month old.
Always a great visit! Piper is so great with my little one, and Dr. Flinn is awesome! He even saw me as a kid! Highly recommend.
They will ask you to fill out paperwork online ahead of the appointment only to make you fill out more paperwork with the same information on paper when you arrive. This office is also incapable of keeping to their afternoon appointment times. This is the second year in a row that we had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen after arriving early for our scheduled appointment time. So make your appointments for the morning. All that being said the care provided is good and the staff is always friendly.
The staff were parient, nice, and very thorough. Very clean and kid friendly environment.
Highly recommend, office visits have easy check in, staff is friendly and no complaints of the time that you are there. Dr. Flinn is great and accurate!
