UPDATE: Finally got my car back in working order. Thank you GEICO!! First, let me say that I am a current GEICO customer, whose vehicle was hit by another GEICO customer, so they should have extra incentive to make this right. The body shop had my car for over a month, plenty of time to see that GEICO missed an entire section of damage in their estimate that was clearly caused by the person that hit me. First, let me say that I am a current GEICO customer, whose vehicle was hit by another GEICO customer, so they should have extra incentive to make this right. I was a customer for over 8 years. Last year I added a second vehicle to my policy (an Astro van). Geico was charging me for a commercial vehicle on a second policy even though the vehicle is a personal passenger van. (no multi car discount for me..) Customer service is useless, I spent 3+ months trying to correct this before finally switching. Upon switching carriers Geico got my cancellation date wrong so I now owe a laps in coverage fee to the state. Good riddance Geico
