Carl has been beyond amazing the last several years in navigating us through custody battles. He is a no bs attorney. He's very matter of fact, and let's you know upfront what to expect. Hes very honest and will fight for what is just and fair. Highly reccomend!!
In my opinion Devine is not Honorable even if he was appointed by a certain Governor for a temporary Judgeship. In my opinion he is persuaded and guided by his political aspirations and colleagues who share his political leanings. His representation of me, in my opinion, was unprofessional and unethical. He is driven by his desire to be a career Judge and by money. His representation hurt my immediate family and our future, including that of my disabled son. I have forgiven him in my heart but I will not forget.
Recently used Della Cummings for timeshare modification case and she is AMAZING!!! Me and my husband went into this case very doubtful of the outcome. His ex-wife has worked in the legal field for years, she manipulated it during their divorce and had controlled & manipulated him for years. She basically called all the shots when it came to the kids and gave him no input or opportunity for input. Della took our case and handled it beautifully.
