Dr. Burnett is a total unprofessional person! He used the F word many times during my 2 visits with him. I had to see him for WC injury for the 1st 90 days. During my first visit he documented it was a work related injury. On my second and last visit, when I told him I no longer was required by law to see him, he changed his diagnosis and said it was not work related. DO NOT TRUST this man. He even got the diagnosis wrong. I found this out after I went to another doctor.
