I had a great experience purchasing my jeep however their service dept terrible. I cannot express how disappointing and frustrating Jacob and his manager have been. My Jeep has been there over a week and they have yet to call me once with an update. I have had to reach out to him multiple times. Went in for Express Lube Service, with an appointment, was told it would be 1 hour. returned in 4 hours (Since i never got a call), they had not started any work. I was told that it would be another 3 hours but i was free to take the car back (Horrible Manager), after it had already been there for 4 hours. they also said no parts for the recall! not a good expierence!
A flag at half mass today was great to see when driving along the highway.
