I'm going to keep it a buck.. Because of how bad the SERVICE is at Carl Black chevy, I dont think I'll ever purchase another chevy again. Dealing with this place is a nightmare.. They seriously seriously have made me dislike my own car and wish I had something else just so I did not have to deal with this place anymore. I CAME IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, IT'S BEEN 2+ MONTHS NO CAR, OVER $20K (said i needed a new engine which I am starting to think was a scam), HAVENT EVEN OFFERED ME A RENTAL CAR OR A LOANER LOOK AT YELP = 2.4 stars = STILL TOO HIGH This is what has happened since I brought it in for a check engine light (I wish I never did). SAID I NEED A NEW ENGINE, SAID I NEED A NEW CLUTCH, fix it and come pick it up, and the brakes and the convertible top were now broken.
