I had two cars in for service in October and had a fabulous experience. I usually steer far away from dealerships but Bryan and the entire service department changed my mind. Bryan kept me up to date, was flexible and creative, and the pricing was good. I brought the first car in to have an accessory installed. I chose Carl Black due to their pricing. Had an appointment to have my car looked at for a warranty issue, and they finally looked at 5 days later, leaving me without a vehicle. I was told that despite having an appointment that they were behind, and if I came and picked it up, I would need to start over despite them knowing that they would not get to it for days. The service advisor only returned my call the first time I called. Other phone calls were ignored. He was very rude on that phone call. Nope. 3k and change to call me today to tell me the check engine light is still on and there will still be another charge depending on what they find. My local mechanic scolded me for not going to him first instead. Lesson learned and money down the drain. Picking the truck up tomorrow and never going back.
