My check engine light came on this morning.I messaged Carl Black Chevrolet for an appointment.The appointment came up for Saturday February 28 at 7:00am.I was told they didn't do diagnostic checks on Saturday's and I was told they'd have to keep it for 1-2 weeks in order to do it and that it would be the second or third week of March before I could even get an Appointment.I told them to Forget it!! It was fine (as far as mediocre experiences go), but took a really long time and was incomplete. 2.5 hours to change oil and duplicate a key? Seems like a long time. The key job wasn't completed either, as the dealership lacks the equipment to do the job correctly. Why wouldn't they have told me that when I booked the appointment? $500 for a key and they can't cut a blade? Honestly, not great.
Kiante was SO helpful with all of my questions & getting back to me right away about a vehicle I was looking to buy. Would highly recommend!
