I went to my appointment earlier today (11-13-2025) And I showed up early to fill out any paperwork. Finally it was my appointment time and Miss Rhonda didn't even see me for my 11:00 appointment. She was helping others. I left feeling that I was not important, feeling hurt and disappointed. I now see why people don't seek or no longer reach out for help. They end up feeling abandoned.
