I went to my appointment earlier today (11-13-2025) And I showed up early to fill out any paperwork. Finally it was my appointment time and Miss Rhonda didn't even see me for my 11:00 appointment. She was helping others. I left feeling that I was not important, feeling hurt and disappointed. I now see why people don't seek or no longer reach out for help. They end up feeling abandoned. Even they are heald to Hippa law, they don't abide by the law, they was sharing other people's info with others when I was in the clinic earl... read more

I drove to Stigler for a meet & greet with Ms Rhonda Magnus LPC/LADC for therapy/counseling in Stigler. We talked for about 20 mins. She was nice at first, but left me the impression that I would be a waste of her time. So I cancelled my official appointment for Friday (08/15/2025). I don't trust anyone from Carl Albert Mental Health. Stay away from these clinics and hospital in McAlester, Ok. I have never received services from them and never will after reading other reviews from patients and family members. I will seek hel... read more
